Do wish the top of suet feeder was secured to the wire or something though. I have tons of different kinds of woodpeckers including the big Pileated. I will order another one soon! This suet feeder is well constructed of durable cedar wood.

I bought two of these for my feeders and they have been great. Well made, great design and easy to use. Highly recommend if you like to feed birds.

The morning after hanging it, there it was on the ground, in pieces. I built a wooden one. I suspect raccoons tried to get to the hanging feeder. I had a previous gazebo style feeder that lasted for about 50 years.I was expecting more from this product.

I bought this from Fleet Farm and it does not have the silver perch attachment that all of the other Homestead triple bin feeders have. I regret buying this. All of the others I found online did have the perch attachment.
