I hope my suggestions will be considered. I got my about 5 years ago. Have it hanging rope to take it down to fill. I bought this because I needed to not have to fill the feeder more often than once a week to fit in my schedule.

That one fell apart in two weeks. I will never purchase this brand again! This feeder falls apart easily, even when it's exposed to harsh weather. I contacted the company and they happily mailed me a new one, free of charge.

With this one having four cups I don't have to fill the feeder twice a day. I was feeding jelly twice a day when I had a feeder with only one cup.

Not sure how but they did. They are small enough to fit inside the wire caging and will sit there and eat for hours. Thought it was a great feeder until the squirrels figured it out.
