I can only stop it by letting the pressure off. After getting it adapter to the smaller hose on the sprayer, it worked great. The only downside I've found is when using this one-handed it gets a bit heavy.

Not impressed Work great with water the firest time, then pump quit, did everthing fimco told me to no fix, so they sent me a new pump, this work for 15 minutes then come on and go off when using the boume sprayer.
