Sorbus Cashmiriana

* This is a beautiful and very interesting small shrub. The leaves are a nice shiny green and the fruits are a very unique white color with rose blush. The perfect plant for Rock Garden or along with Dwarf Conifers.

The fruit will often begin its bletting process whilst still on the tree and we have eaten delicious fruits straight from the tree in mid-September. At this stage the fruit has a delicious taste, somewhat like a luscious tropical fruit.

Tolerates light shade, though it fruits better in a sunny position. An infusion of the root and branch bark has been drunk in the treatment of stomach problems and rheumatism. The infusion can also be used externally as a bath for treating rheumatism.
