Focus Leasing

I would prefer to lease him out, but I would be willing to sell him to the perfect home. He enjoys jumping but due to arthritis I wouldn't recommend jumping as his focus. Indi is extremely playful and isn't phased by anything out of the ordinary.

I must be able to build, alter, and/or clear land as I see fit (The aim here is twofold; to increase the lands productivity and to restore/promote environmental diversity). Bare land is fine, forests are great too.
