Looks good but really a lousy knife. However, on fresh water filets, it tears the meat up. If you're cutting Sword fish or a very large saltwater fish into steaks, then it may work.

Works so well I have given one to many friends. Scales don't fly around like old scalers.

I bought 2 years ago you can NOT mix pan fish. Per batch of blue's about 20 fish 7-9" and about 1.5 gal of water. But it dose a good job, it dose take about 15 min. I used it a few times I like it would tell other people it is the best
