Birds didn't seem to care, eat around them. The squirrels where so funny trying to sit on it to eat. Loved watching all the birds enjoy it. I brought this for the first time, about a month ago.

This is a great mix with something for every type of wildlife: song birds, crows, squirrels, chipmunks, even the resident vixen. Found this on sale and thought I'd try it. Will buy again.

I would not recommend this feeder because of this. All of the others I found online did have the perch attachment. I regret buying this. I bought this from Fleet Farm and it does not have the silver perch attachment that all of the other Homestead triple...

Thanks for the fast shipping, too! We have used Homestead hummingbird nectar for years with great success. We also appreciate that Fleet Farm had the nectar in stock so late in the season, when we needed it the most.

I had to replace the hanging hook with a bolt so we could adjust it. We got this for keeping the sun off our hummingbird feeder.

Definitely not a deal breaker. Frustrates the dickens out of the squirrels. Worked at first. Once in a while a little metallic clink in the wind. Bigger squirrels jut kept pulling it down and climbed it like a ladder.

My only complaint if only the Smaller birds can get in to eat,but I'm guessing that's how it's Squirrel proof I needed something to keep the Crows, grackles , and other large birds from eating up the suet and scaring the songbirds away.

I will never purchase this brand again! This feeder falls apart easily, even when it's exposed to harsh weather. That one fell apart in two weeks. I contacted the company and they happily mailed me a new one, free of charge.

I've bought several bags of this and will continue to buy more! Excellent seed blend and great value. Very little waste and my birds love it!

I glued it back together and took pieces of the old feeder so I have functional feeder again. I bought this feeder to replace an identical model that I'd purchased several years prior.
