My only complaint if only the Smaller birds can get in to eat,but I'm guessing that's how it's Squirrel proof It takes the songbirds a week or two to learn how to get into the suet but they do and it keeps the bad birds out.

Bought one thinking it would be good. Watched a crow open the door and knock the suet block out. Sturdy cage holds a single cake and stands up well to multiple birds. Wish it had a longer chain though.

Do wish the top of suet feeder was secured to the wire or something though. And, the price is GREAT! Thanks for having this product at Fleet Farm. I ordered this suet feeder to get them in closer to the house.

Just received this, and pulled the label off, which covered about 40% of one side of the top. It was really difficult to remove - the adhesive was very strong. Wondering how long it will take for water to get in and warp the wood.
