When I pulled it off (trying to be careful), it pulled off paint AND wood from where it had been stuck. Very disappointed. Not sure why such an aggressive adhesive was used - a hang tag would have been better.

They held our bird feeders and suet from the deck railing out over the lawn. We were unable to bend it back and the bear wasn't gonna help, so we just replaced the first one in many many years.
