I have had these tires 265/70/17 for 2 years and will be getting a new set. Great tire for the price. As the tires wore down they became louder to the point where I had to replace them early (plenty of tread left).

My friends have been overly impressed on comfort and noise. I bought a set of STT Pros to replace the KMTs I had on my Jeep and all I can say is what a huge difference. Not too loud on the highway.

Exceeds my expectations. I cant believe some people say these tires are loud. I can also feel cars rolling and wandering a lot on parallel grooved concrete pavement especially on highways and the passengers can feel it, too.

Very disappointed with quality based on warranty miles. This tire came on my new jeep grand Cherokee and I'll be lucky to get 30 thousand out of them. Changed oil this weekend at 20159 and they are down below the wearbar.

I stayed with the Defenders. I've had them a few months now and can't yet see treadwear, but I know from Michelin experience they will last many many years. Just ordered a new set after I blew a tire on the back of my dually pickup.
