We used this plucker one season and it works great. It has probably proccessed 350 chickens total and has been stored inside. The fingers are still in great shape with plenty of life left.

The Featherman PRO is made of high density, food grade plastic for years of rugged use. Standard features include the spray ring, feather exhaust chute, and a knee-high toggle on/off switch.
The drive train is powered by a 1 hp motor mated to a 10:1 speed reducer for an effective 10 hp of torque. The PRO handles birds from 3 to 30 pounds.
Simply drop up to 30 pounds of scalded birds into the tub and let the Featherman do the work. In 20 to 30 seconds birds are squeaky clean! No pin feathers remain.
The Featherman has a 22\" tub diameter, stands 36\" high and has a 17 1/2\" by 24\" footprint. It uses a 1 hp motor and 10:1 speed reducer (both U.S. Made) giving an effective strength of 10 hp.
