There is White Birch, Maple, Spruce, Fir, Tamarac, Poplar and other species on this woodlot. There are areas that could be cleared for small scale farming. There is a great little year round brook that crosses the width of the property. There is electricity and phone service to the land. There is a lot of road frontage and this property could be subdivided. There is great hunting and fishing in this area. This area is sparsely populated with a few rural families in a very large area.
