Individual lots for sale include: (8) Home sites with minimum building requirements of 1,800 sf for a 1-story house and 2,400 sf for a 2-story. Five of the lots are state lots, ± 2 acres, each with room for a house and barn and three of the lots are 1- acre lots with access to a private barn. Each lot has its own special features. Buy or lease a boat slip—floating dock system handling boats up to 30' long
(2) of the lots have water frontage, one right on the river and the other touching, however, no individual piers may be built.
