This farm is in a pristine area outside Sedona, AZ in the town of Cottonwood. There is a greenhouse, tractor, orchards, barn, housing,water rights, and much more already there. Property was farmed recently by one of the owners, but doesn't have time right now. Owners are looking for an person or people wanting to use the land for growing organic vegetables, herbs, and fruits ORGANICALLY! Ideally, we would prefer anyone coming on to be Vegan.
Owners live on site as well.
We are looking for people to lease and possibly work trade to include other general property care.
Must be the RIGHT people. . . don't need to rent for the sake of renting, but similar minded people to be part of bigger picture.
Other activities on property include raw foods gathering, alternative medicine research, and concious community.
