Seeking dry, fully or partially timbered land in Northern Michigan - not UP. Would prefer 30+/- acres at or near $2,000 per acre. No utilities necessary. Partial to Leelenau County or vicinity, but will sersiously consider any location meeting size and pr Details Relocating to Michigan with intent to begin small-scale firewood/lumber operation at future date and live near family. Would like acerage suitable for selected cutting with view to sustainable timber management. Will build on site, but will probably stay off-grid for electricity/water, etc (access to utilities not required).
