Neautiful rolling countryside and a great facility not far from Raleigh/Durham. We have 30 , 12 x 12 stalls available for monthly or negotiated terms. There are 65 acres of fenced pasture, hot water wash rack, mens and ladies rooms, washer and dryer, lounge and trail riding available.
This is a great opportunity to keep your show horses at an upscale facility without an enormous overhead. Interested parties should have an established clientel and train in hunt seat, gaited horses, or dressage. There is already a boarding and training program in place for Western Pleasure. Special consideration may be made for a trainer showing at Breed level shows.
