My husband and I are looking for a small horse property in Northern Va. We need room for 2 possibly 3 horses and 3 small dogs. Details We are very responsible home owners and would like to rent for a year before we buy. We currently own a home in NJ and are looking to relocate closer to family in DC metro area. Ideally we would like a small cottage with at least 2 bedrooms and small yard. The areas that would work for us are Loundon and Fairfax counties. We can only afford up to 1600.00 per month.
