Seeking Small Fixer-Upper Farmhouse & Barn for Rent &/or Labor/Materials Preferably in the Eastern Franklin & Hampshire County Area Details I am a self-employed professional wanting to set up a small farm, primarily long-wool sheep and a couple of horses, as well as gardening. I would like to expand to some poultry as well. A 2+ house/inlaw apartment on the same property as the barn (minimum 2 stalls) would be ideal. As I would hope to keep the rent low, I am an efficient worker, and if I do not know how to do improvements myself, I will get a professional in.
