I am looking for a small farm to have a few animals and a small amount of property in Maryland or just over the PA line. Not opposed to a rent/lease with option to buy, or even a share situation. Details Looking for a small house and small barn. I do not have alot of money, so I am looking for a fix up property, but one that is livable. Would want to have heat/air, plumbing and electrical functioning, but the rest is not important. Would like to stay in Maryland, and would take on existing animals if needed. Not opposed to a rent/lease with option to buy. If just over the PA line, that would be fine too. Also would not mind sharing a farm, 50-50 as long as there were separate houses.
