Single teacher would like to lease/rent/rent to own small 20-40 acre farm suitable for horses. Small home of any type and outbuilding or barn on property preferred. Would like VA, OH, WV areas to be closer to family. Details Property must be ready to move in. Willing to make repairs if necessary. Would prefer a finished facility with stalls and fence. Can pay gradually increasing rent as I specialize in training and lessons but would need time to establish clientele. Would also like to be within 2 hours of a racetrack.
