Looking for mountainous land with year round stream or river for partially disabled guy looking to make homestead. Details Would like to find land that is in or near mountains and has a year round stream or river on it. Should be near roadway (within a mile or two) and not more than 20 miles from village or town.I'm partly disabled and have a limited income, so I am looking for a bargain.
