I am looking for rural property with a home that is suitable to raise poultry. Rent to own with a reasonable down payment and monthly payments. $100,000 max for property. Details Looking for about 1-5 acres of land that has a dwelling of some type with 3 bed/2 baths and have zoning needed to raise poultry, 25-50 birds max. Also needs to be able to have the ability to allow additional livestock such as goats.We are looking for a rent to own option, at a max of $100,000. We will have a down payment and can make reasonable payments monthly. We would like it to be in the Mountain or Middle of Piedmont section of NC.
