I am the president of a Toronto dog training club. We are currently seeking a generous land owner willing to offer 2+ acres of land for our enjoyment. We train 2 to 3 times per week, and host up to two events (seminars or competitions) yearly. The land would ideally be flat and grassy, with ample room for parking out of the way of road traffic. Dirt/gravel access road a huge plus! Fence not necessary. The designated area would best be set somewhat away from any houses (including the land owner's) to prevent distubance. We would need the ability to erect a small (10'x10') equipment shed, as well as other necessary training structures such as hurdles, beams, etc. The club is willing to pay a nominal monthly fee for use of this land, which is negotiable based on the size and suitability.
