Small Family Needs Less Than One Acre to Settle On - Will Consider Leasing on a Long Lease

We are going to buy some land, most likely no more than an acre, in Southern California. This small amount of land is hard to find and we will even consider renting on a VERY long lease. All we need is enough space and privacy to build a home, have 3-5 small livestock, and grow a garden large enough for 5 people to live on, max. We do not require much space (1/2 acre is more than enough) and we are extremely flexible. We are also very quiet people. We have a One year old and will consider adding another little one in the future. Like I said, a small family, and not picky in the least.
