Want land to put my trailer on near sacramento, CA. Interested in leasing or buying. Details Would prefer land with electricity, water & septic but can install septic. Would prefer it within 20-30 min from downtown sac. Something private and secluded would be nice. If leased willing to clean & maintain property. I have a 40 foot 1976 5th wheel trailer that I am finding dificulty moving to rv parks because of trailer age restristions. Most RV parks dont want anything older than 1980. So some land to put it on would be great.
