Looking for a house with a barn suitable for horses to rent in eastern Ontario (Belleville - Bancroft area). Will also consider buying, but prefer to rent first.

Looking for 3 bedroom house or 2 bedroom with office for 2 mature women (mother and daughter), dogs, cat, and horse. We are open to buying at a reasonable price, but prefer to rent first. We don't need a large acreage, a couple of acres will do. We are currently looking in the Bancroft - Belleville area, but are fairly flexible within the eastern Ontario area. Summer 2008 occupancy is preferred, although I have to sell my property in northern Ontario before I can purchase another property.
