Want less than acres in south/central ontario for lease (min 6 years) to plant a small vineyard

I want to plant a small vineyard. The purpose is mainly for hobby/educational purposes, and to test new grape varieties for the southern & central Ontario climate. The owner of property can have a share of produced grapes for their own personal uses. Grapes take 5 years before they are fully productive, so the lease would have to be fairly long term.Said land must be within a two hour drive of the GTA, have south slope and excellent drainage. Poor fertility & rocky/gravelly soil is actually better for me, so if you have an rocky, sloped section of your farm that you are not using, this might be ideal for you. Preferred areas include Gray/Bruce, Northumberland county, Prince Edward County, and Niagara.
