100 Acre farm with 2 ponds. Has nice 4-5 bedroom home, 2 ponds, pole barn, 3 bay equipment garage, older chicken house, and silo. Pasture fenced with barbed wire, hay fields, and about 25 acres woods. Secluded setting with very rural feel, nice neighbors, and beautiful scenery. Currently used for hay and small herd of grass fed beef. Looking for someone interested in renting/leasing who will maintain property. I am interested in making improvements to the farm, but am not in a position to live there. Would consider joint venture for other organic possibilities.
