I would like to buy a walnut orchard (20-100 acres) in Biggs/Gridley/Live Oak area. Good house would be a plus. No house might be fine, too. Along Feather River would be great. Details I am hoping to find a walnut orchard in Butte County. I won't pay pie-in-the-sky prices, but I can make realistic offers on suitable properties.
