I own 250 acre of land in East Texas between Tyler and Athens with frontage on Hwy 31. It has 3 ponds and 80 acres of open land and 170 acres of wooded land. It borders a large creek and sits at the mouth of Lake Palestine. I am looking for offers.
Details
The property is currently being used for cattle on the open acres and hunting and fishing in the wooded area. I am in the process of moving from the area and would like to lease everything to one party. In addition to the owned acreage there is about 150 acres of creeks that run through the property that is owned by the river authority but can be used by the property owner. The open acreage is fenced and crossed fenced and front State Hwy 31. It could also be used for commercial purposes. Great location for raising and selling horses, cattle, crops are whatever.
