We are looking for approx. 75-300 acres, Dairy farm. Very motivated husband and wife team. Details We have some cows and are looking to purchase more. I have been farming all our lives. Looking for a change. Looking mostly in the upsate/ eastern New York area, and anywhere in VT. Open to many options. Would like possible owner finance, or buy out over time. Have twins to raise on farm. Also need room for turkey business and greenhouse. Looking mainly for freestall/ Milking parlor barns, with house located on farm. Price range is 100k to 250k max.
