Couple desperately wanting their own block but finding it impossible with todays prices. Details We'd like to buy 500 -1000acres off somebody willing to sell one of their paddocks off a larger block for approx $200 - $300 per acre. Of course we'd prefer some decent country! Must have reliable water and the possibitly to connect power and phone at a later date as we develop land and add shed, house etc.
