Family is seeking rent/rent to own/LC small 10-20 acre hobby farm for dogs, horses and gardening. Details We have to relocate to Louisville Kentucky for my husbands employment and are looking for a small hobby farm with a 3br 1 bath home on 10-20 acres for rent/rent to own/LC. We have two older children and rasie and show Bernese Mountain Dogs. We would like to have a few horses so an out building or barn would be helpful. Must be liveable, but fixer upper is okay as long as we can live in the home while we fix it up. We are a very clean family with 4 Bernese Mountain Dogs that are very well mannered and not at all destructive, all 4 have obedience training and are housebroke. Can provide references if needed. We can pay $700.00 a month and would need to move in sometime in September.
