We are looking for a horse property in Western Pa, in the vicinity of Pittsburgh in order to run a Boarding and Children's Horsemanship Program. Details WE are looking for 50 - 100 Acres or property in order to have enough stalls for 30 horses, a 60 X 120 Indoor Arena, (2) 90 X 180 Outdoor Arenas for Dressage, Western Pleasure and Hunter Jumpers and a 50 foot Round Pen. We would like for the house to be historic but are more interested with the facilities due to the nature of the business. We need to be near the Pittsburgh Metro Area for spouses job opportunities.
