We are looking for a ranch or farm to rent or lease w/option to purchase. Should be in or near West Virginia, Ohio, Butler County, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, South Carolina, Virginia. We are open to various locations within reas Details Mainly to get away from the city and relax a little at doing work that we use to do. We would want to have 3 - 4 horses, cows and four dogs. Looking for a place that has 45 to 120 + acres. I do not mind an hour or two drive. We would use the place as a second home and place to enjoy clean air. Looking for at least four to six bedrooms, masterbed room, large kitchen, 2 or more bathrooms. Should have room for grandchildren to play. We have a large connected family.
