Ag-minded family seeks farm/homestead for equine/livestock and small sawmill operation. Or operational farm to take over. Details Relocating from CT, need a property in which to continue our small sawmill operation and maintain a horse/livestock farm as well. Prefer VA, NC areas. Looking for 15-100+ acres, standing timber acreage a plus. Outbuildings & home can require repair/TLC but prefer liveable condition. Will consider purchase for the right price, or owner finance/rent-to-own. Open to take-over of operational farm. If an existing operational farm, current owners may stay on if desired. We hope to raise our 5 young children with good work ethics and in a rural setting, outside of New England. Thank you for your time!
