I purchased a new unit in 1990 and traded it in on another new unit in 2004. The unit is in a 1998 Dodge 4WD Pickup that I also purhased brand new. I am a maintenance fanatic and will not tolerate things that do not work like they are supposed to.
I can sell the box by itself for $6500 or best offer. If you prefer to leave it in the 4WD Dodge I would sell both for $18,000, or would be willing to put it in a 2001 Dodge 2WD pickup for $22,000. Both trucks are Cummings Diesels, automatic transmissions and get great fuel mileage.
In addition, I will put all the large animal medicine and equipment I have in the box. I am currently pursuing other interests and would like to make a deal to a young inspiring Practitioner, on fire as I was 20 years ago.
The unit fits a full size 8 ft box, has lights, hot water and refrigerator. There is ample room for storage for mineral oil, scrub, etc., as well as three pull out drawers. It also has a 12 Volt day over the road heater, as well as a night heater that plugs into a 110 Volt outlet. I will include stomach tubes, pumps, calf extractors, dehorners, and all other Large Animal Equipment.
