A witness saw a man drive the tractor on the street, park it and then attempt to light it on fire with a piece of paper, said Acting Cpl. The tractor was not seriously damaged from the fire as the paper quickly burned out. Police do not know who owns the tractor. When police arrived, the man was gone.
