Cattle News: More views on Bollard's dollar intervention Le FoxIf you have more than one property (the place where you predominately reside)all other properties should be classes as an investment, hence any property sold which is not your own home should be classed as an investment & therefore should pay a capital gains tax if sold at a gain. What shocks me is the price of meat, when NZ is supposed to have such a huge cattle population! People in NZ are being ripped off so that foreigners abroad can pay peanuts for the meat we produce here....
