The state's largest inland lake, the 28-mile long and 10 -mile wide Lake Winnebago, became the fourth lake in the nation known to be infected with the deadly fish virus, VHS. Gollon agrees with the state Department of Natural Resources's emergency rules, but said he doesn't think it's necessary to expand them statewide if other lakes are not infected.
