29. Cattle News: Two wolves shot near Sun Valley
Then on April 7 and 8, at least three cattle were killed, supposedly by wolves, near a ranch about 15 miles north of Carey. A day or two later, more wolves were spotted near the ranch. On March 19, a rancher near Picabo shot and killed the female wolf after it brought down at least one of his cattle.
