Home winemaker seeking approximately 350 lbs. Zinfandel grapes for 2008 harvest. Details I am a home winemaker in LA seeking approximately 350 lbs. of Zinfandel grapes for the 2008 harvest. I would love to determine the harvest date based on your Brix readings and come up to harvest the grapes myself (with my partners). If there is a crusher/destemmer available for use after the harvest (for a fee of course) I'd love to use that as well. Thanks for your response.
