This years fine harves of grapes are from Penn Valley Vineyards, formerly known as Indian Springs Vineyard. Our vineyard is located in District 10 of Nevada County on a scenic 400 acre lot. Of those 400 acres, 230 of them are planted with fifteen different varietals which include Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Viognier, Orange Muscat, Muscat Blanc, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Sangiovese, Barbera, and Primitivo. These fifteen varietals enjoy a range of soil types, micro climates, and a gently sloping terrain with a variety of exposures and elevations from 1,700 to 2,000 feet. Our 830 tons of grapes are managed by Al Buckland of Buckland Vineyard Management and consulted by Derek Irwin of M&M Consulting. Our grapes are 100% hand harvested and are two steps from being organic. We strongly believe in the quality of our fruit and offer them at very competitive prices. We welcome you to come and visit our vineyard if you wish to learn more about our vineyard and our farming practices. A pricing list as well as other additional information is available on our website or via your request. Thank you for your time and please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or wish for samples as we would be more than happy to assist you.
