I am interested in getting wild persimmon pulp or otherwise preserved persimmon fruit from Eastern/Southern US. Details I'm from IN and would like to use wild persimmons for cooking here in CA, but the Asian varieties here are not as sweet as the ones I remember from Indiana. I would be willing to pay a decent amount to have them shipped to me.
