Appoximatley 100,000 square yards of topsoil available, sandy, clay mixture, minimal, (if any) amending needed Details This topsoil comes from the dried inland ocean bed in nortern Nevada, it has a perfect blend of sand, & clay from the previous existing condition of the climate that once was an inland ocean, this topsoil has additionally been amended by the free range cattle grazing, (random manure that has occurred over tha past century) all aspects of sales are negotiable, however I don't currently sell a bagged product, or orders less than 500 square yards
