This Spruce was planted in the late 60's early 70's. It is healthy and maintained. It just happens to block the entire front side of our house and needs a new home. I refuse to cut it down, it is a beautiful tree.

The tree is located in Berthoud Colorado about 45 miles north of Denver or 65 miles south of Cheyenne. It is ready to transplant. All utility locates have been done and there are no powerlines. I have a local spade company that will make themselves available to you if you are a local resident. If you are outside of the front range area you may want to find your local spade company. I can help if necessary. All transplant costs are the responsibility of the purchaser of the tree and no warranty is implied by me. Only serious inquiries please. This is a great tree and can do great justice to a mature landscape.
