Shiitake Mushroom for sale packed in case lots of 12-4oz packs or 3 pound boxes. Details We have a supply of Shiitake Mushrooms of approximately 100 pounds per week growing weekly to a maximum of 500-800 pounds per week by the end of summer 2003. We currently package our mushrooms in 4 oz recyclable plastic vented packs that have a 3-4 week shelf life and sell by the case at 12/case. We also sell bulk in 3 pounds in a cardboard box and are looking at changing to reusable plastic packs for the bulk market. We also sell Oyster Mushroom in the same 4 oz pack and 2 pound bulk boxes.
