300 - 500 2 or 3 string strawbales wanted for strawbale building project. Must be dry & clean / stored inside. Prefer 2nd cut. Prefer SW Missouri location. Need delivered. (Could use some old round hay/straw bales as well - for mulch - IF cheap!)

I am building a strawbale house / studio, and need about 300 to 500 good, clean and dry strawbales delivered to my site in SW Missouri by around late June or early July (possibly as late as end of July '07). I am looking for a 2nd or 3rd cut bale - all stem and no grain, please. This cannot be green or have a high moisture content as it is to be used for construction and will be sealed inside walls. I prefer wheat or rice straw, but any straw that is high in silica and dry will be fine. I do not have a trailer, so I will need these delivered to my building site, unless the grower is close by and the cost is low enough to allow me to hire a truck or rent a trailer to pick them up myself. I would like to pay no more than $4 per bale (lower would be better, of course - and I understand that delivery charges will be extra). I will need these in early summer, but would like to make the deal long before that to insure that they will be available at the price I want to pay when I need them, so please contact me ASAP if you have, or think you WILL have, this quantity and quality of strawbales available by July. I am also looking at buying a smaller quantity of large, round hay or straw bales in deteriorated condition to use for mulch and partial earthberm. (These large round bales should not be feed quality at all, but something you would like to toss or sell REALLY CHEAP!)I look forward to hearing from you soon! Thank You!!!
