These very old and large Black Walnut trees are located on a 120 areas that have never been developed. Details I have just completed clear cutting and had all the Black Walnuts left standing. I'm now interested in having someone come and take a look at them and give me an estimate of their worth and begin nagociating a price. The land has been family owned for 30 years. Prior to that it was family owned for many years. So it has never been developed.
