I am trying to do some research on pork trimmings, in order to make my own homemade sausage. I found this website searching online, and thought it may be a good source. I live on 25 acres and grow my own vegetables also. Details I may be purchasing a convenience store in the near future. If this works out, I would like to sell homemade sausage. I have made my own sausage in the past, but quite a long time ago. I am interested in possibly doing this again.
